This machine is suitable for packing graininess, pilular, stick and slice type materials, such as bean, fry bean, cool fruit, candied fruit and seafood etc.

The integrated process of bag making, measuring filling, sealing cutting and hot pressing codes can be done automatically.

Packing material include several kinds of heat seal lamination, such as PET/PE etc.

Features

1.     Bag-making, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting and counting are all finished automatically.

2.     Either under set length control or photoelectric color tracing, bag length is set and cut in one step. Save time and film.

3.     The temperature is under independent PID control, more suitable for different packing materials, the tolerance is +/-2%.

4.     Code printer is equipped, which can print three lines like the expire date, valid date,batch number etc.

5.     The driving system is simple and reliable, and maintenance is easy.

6.     Applicable material should be composite film like: PET/PE, Paper/PE,PET/AL(PET-AL), PE, OPP/PE etc.

7.     All stainless steel cover meets to GMP standard.

8.     The vitreous Plexiglas protective device is equipped on this machine, avoid personal injury.

9.     Automatic self support lubricating system, the machines can continuous work more than 24 hours.

10. The operation facility is controlled by American Intel computer, all function is displayed with digital controlled by screen.

11. Adopt swing pan volume cup device for adjusting measurement.
