This machine is a double-press type, continuous automatic tablet press for pressing granular raw material into various tablets, such as: round tablets, irregular tablets and the tablets with letters on both sides.

It is widely used in pharmacy, foodstuff, chemical and electronic industries. Such as:Medicinal tablets, catalysts tablets, candies tablets, calcium tablets, coffee tablets and various tablets of pesticide and fertilizer etc.

Features

l       The outside part of this machine is full-enclosed, the material of the cover and the inside table face is stainless steel. The turret face is specially disposed keeping the luster of the face and prevent the cross pollution, meet the GMP standard.

l       It has transparent windows so that press condition can be observed clearly and the window can be opened.

l       Cleaning and maintenance is easy.

l       The lay-out of all the controllers and the operate parts is reasonable.

l       The speed adjustment of the driver is controlled by frequency conversion device.

l       An overload protection unit is equipped in the system to avoid the damage of the punches and apparatus, when overload occurs the machine stops automatically.

l       This machine also has electronic magic driver and other safety protection device which can be adjusted and operated when running?

l       The punch and die also applicable to Model ZP19, ZP25, ZP35, ZP37, etc.

l       It has dust collector. There is advanced installation that can automatic dismantle dies.
