This machine is a single press type, continuous automatic tablet press for pressing granular materials into various tablets, such as: round or irregular tablets.

It is widely used in lab, hospital, or pharmacy, foodstuff, chemical and electronic industries.

Features

l       The outside part of this machine is full-enclosed, the material of the cover and the inside table face is stainless steel. The turret face is specially disposed keeping the luster of the face and prevent the cross pollution, meet the GMP standard.

l       It has transparent windows so that press condition can be observed clearly and the window can be opened cleaning.

l       The lay-out of all the controllers and the operate parts is reasonable.

l       The speed is adjusted by frequency conversion.

l       With overload protection equip is included in the system to avoid the damage of the punches and apparatus, when overload occurs the machine stops automatically.

l       It has dust collector. There is advanced installation that can automatic dismantle dies.
